Building through subtraction.
Creating spaces in which material, emptiness and tension construct an experience of presence.
I shape my ceramic cubes as units of language. They signal a threshold, a passageway, a confrontation. They shift the balance of the surface and invite the eye to slow down.
White does not erase the material. It reveals its density, traces and breaths. Subtraction becomes an active gesture: removing in order to let the essential emerge.

The material is built through layers, subtraction and traces. Ceramic elements create anchor points, thresholds and tensions across the surface. Oil paint, applied in fine, diluted layers, accompanies the material and reliefs without covering them, allowing white, transparency and chance marks to remain active.
Seen close up, the surface reveals what the overall view holds back: passages, tensions, breaths and fragile balances.

In a world saturated with flows, I work with thresholds, lines of tension and active emptiness to contain forces without fixing them in place.
I build through subtraction, displacement and distillation, until the material, traces and silence find a fragile balance.
My painting does not narrate: it seeks presence — a silent resistance to excess, where the essential can emerge.
